Every website starts with three months of complimentary support after launch. After that, keeping what you paid for working is still on us — a plan covers the changes you ask for.

Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. Requests beyond the included hours are billed at 4 000 FCFA/hour, invoiced with the following month’s fee. New features, modules or a full redesign are quoted separately as their own project.

If the issue exists because of something in the original build, it’s on us.

- Updating software packages and dependencies
- Security patches and vulnerability fixes
- Bug fixes — anything not working as originally delivered
- Design or code corrections judged necessary for stability, performance, or best practice
Requires an active plan
- Aesthetic or layout changes — the site working as intended, but you want it to look different
- Database changes to support new features or new data
- Uploading or creating content on your behalf (text, images, pages)
SEO is not a service we provide, under any plan.
Plan terms
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, or annually in advance at the discounted annual rate.
- Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice; the plan remains active through the end of the paid period.
- Clients without an active plan may still request paid work on a one-off basis, quoted before work begins.
- This agreement renews automatically each billing period unless cancelled.
